I work with individual adults who are 18 years of age or older and reside anywhere in the state of Texas.

All sessions are conducted 100% online via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. There are no in-person office visits.

I am licensed to provide therapy to clients located anywhere within the state of Texas.

My session availability is as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
CST Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
Is this practice suitable for crisis or emergency situations?
Is this practice suitable for crisis or emergency situations?
No. This practice is designed for scheduled, ongoing outpatient therapy and is not equipped for crisis-level or emergency mental health needs. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please dial 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
